Congratulations on finding the right partner - now we need to find you the right dress!

At White Mischief we believe shopping for your bridal gowns should be both relaxed and fun.  Before booking your appointment it's a great idea to browse through our website - it will give you an idea of the style of gowns we have in our boutique.  Our chosen designers offer a fabulous mix - Contemporary - Modern - Classic and we give a price point indication of each of the gowns and you even have the opportunity to create your own wishlist to send to friends, family and to us in advance of your visit so we can be prepared with gowns of your choice

We are open Monday - Saturday by appointment

Your appointment will last for 90 minutes and as the boutique is busy at the weekend, on Saturdays we kindly ask that you bring no more than 2 guests along with you as there will be limited space for more.   If you have a large group of family and friends, a midweek appointment may be more suitable as we are usually less busy.  There is no charge for a mid week appointment (or Saturday during our low season).   During your appointment our trained stylists will discuss your ideas and turn them into reality.  Shoes and accessories are not necessary as we have these to hand, but sensible, neutral underwear could spare everyone some blushes

Midweek, Accessory and subsequent appointments to purchase your gown are free of charge and are usually less busy. 

We host a number of Designer Events throughout the year and a charge is made for these and for Saturday appointments to secure your place.  This guarantees you a full 90 minute appointment with a trained bridal consultant.  In exchange for your booking fee of £25, you will receive a credit to spend in store and if you buy on the day of your appointment - we'll double the fee! 

Cancellation of Saturday appointments require 48 hours notice.  If you are unable to attend, we require notice by 10am on Thursday morning.  Without this notice we are unable to refund your payment.

Bridesmaid Appointment - during the week our bridesmaid appointments are free of charge, however on Saturday there is a booking fee of £25 which is credited towards your maids dresses when you purchase.   We have limited space on Saturday, therefore we advise that you book early.  A refund will be made if the appointment is cancelled before 10am on Thursday.

Fitting Appointment - You have your dress - now you need to arrange alterations. These are bookable directly with the seamstress of your choice.  Details have been provided by email with your confirmation and invoice.  

Late Night appointments - Are available by request and subject to availability of a staff member.  There is a small consultation deposit of £25 for these which is returned in the form of a Gift Voucher or credit towards your gown.   48 hours cancellation notice is required for Late Night appointments.

We suggest that you bring with you either Mum (or Dad with a newspaper!), a friend, colleague or relative whose advice you would trust.  Too many opinions could leave you both confused and overwhelmed - we've seen it lots of times!   Your consultant is trained to offer you unbiased styling advice - feel free to ask their opinion on ideas you bring along with you.  Why show everyone your dress - it should be a complete surprise on the day.  If you love it, you wear it - irrelevant of others opinions - we're all unique and have our style - otherwise we would be simply boring!
